Nature photography has been part of my life since 2010, when I moved to my beloved Swiss Riviera.

Inspired by the hidden gems of the Alps, alpine flowers, mountain lakes, snowy peaks and green pastures, cows, goats, sheep, and overall ambience of the mountains where I loved to spend all day long, following paths leading to the unknown, experiencing innumerable adventures, always coming back regenerated, filled with optimism, and joy.

Nature allows me to slow down, calm down, change perspective, forget about daily issues, be fully present, enjoy the presence of fauna and flora, breathtaking views, silence and sounds of nature and its inhabitants, observe, zoom in and out, feel the wind, breathe in sunlight, connect with the Earth, ground, connect with the stars, appreciate life, admire beauty, experience the joy like a child, be myself, find answers to my infinite questions on life here and beyond, see magic happening righ in front of my eyes, and way more.

Life brought me to Montreux, where gardeners are true artists, planting flowers by the lakeside so it is as beautiful as possible all year long, filled with a wide variety of flowers. I love flowers, and being in their presence is pure bliss. It is usually said that we breathe deeply when we are relaxed. But honestly, when I am so fascinated by the beauty of the petals, colours, scents, or so, I usually find myself stopping my breath completely, which I realise when I come back to what I have been doing. These are precious moments of total disconnection from whatever happens. The moments of full presence. And be it wherever, I can get myself into incredible positions to capture the infinite beauty of a flower.

Sunsets in Montreux and above the Riviera are just breathtaking and bring lots of inspiration, as well as the moon reflected in Lake Geneva and the Lavaux vineyards.

However, the beauties of nature can be found almost everywhere. Born in the Czech Republic, I love local mountains, meadows full of flowers, rivers and creeks, and waterfalls. Overall, nature anywhere in the world offers immense beauty, ready to be explored.
